②Judotherapists are regulated under the Judo Therapists Law 19 of 1970.
By Article 3, in order to become qualified as a judotherapist, a candidate
must pass the national judotherapist examination and obtain a licence from
the Minister of Health and Welfare. Under Article 56 of the School Education
Law 26 of 1947; have studied more than three years at a school recognized
by the Minister of Education, Science, and Culture or at a training institution
recognized by the Minister of Health and Welfare; and have obtained the
knowledge and technical skill necessary to be a judotherapist, including
of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and hy-giene.

①はり、きゅう、日本伝統のマッサージ、あん摩／指圧、そして柔道セラピーも、日本では広く行われている。
②柔道整復師は、１９７０年法律第１９号の柔道整復師法で規定されている。 第３条で、柔道整復師として資格を得るためには、志願者は国の柔道整復師試験に合格し、厚生大臣から免許を得なければならないことになっている。
第１２条で、志願者は１９４７年法律第２６号の学校教育法５６条の規定による大学入学資格のあるもので、文部大臣認可の学校で３年以上学んだか、厚生大臣認可の養成機関で学び解剖学、生理学、衛生学を含む柔道整復師に必要な知識と専門技能を得ていることが必要とされている。 |
